Payment Terms
Ikonix Business Solutions offers flexible payment options and accepts payments via:
Credit and debit cards by Stripe
Bank transfers by direct deposit details provided upon invoicing
Recurring monthly payments for ongoing services
Payment terms are outlined in our client agreements, and invoices are issued with clear payment instructions. Bank account details are provided on the Tax Invoice.
All invoices are issued in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable.

Email Terms
Emails that we send to clients and third parties may contain confidential and/or privileged information. If you are not the intended recipient you may not copy, distribute or use for any purpose the information in this email. You must immediately delete it and any attachments and advise the sender Ikonix Business Solutions, on 0421 024 229 of the fact it was received by you.
Fraud Warning
Please be aware that there is a significant risk posed by cyber fraud, specifically relating to email accounts and bank account details. Our bank account details will never change during a transaction, and we will never change our bank account details by email alone. Please check all account details with us in person or by telephone. We will not accept responsibility if you transfer money into an incorrect account or if you direct us to transfer money into an incorrect account.
