Founded in 2018, Ikonix Business Solutions initially focused on streamlining operations through bookkeeping, financial administration, software installation and training.
However, through deep engagement with business owners, a more pressing need emerged. Leaders sought solutions to build robust systems, foster engaged teams, retain top talent, and combat burnout. Critical gaps in how businesses managed people-related challenges were identified. These issues left teams disengaged and leaders frustrated, ultimately hindering growth.
Today, it provides HR consulting, training, and coaching that helps founders, leaders, and organisations build capability, improve performance, and navigate change with clarity.
By partnering closely with business owners and leaders, Ikonix Business Solutions simplifies compliance, optimises human resource processes, and drives workplace performance, transforming the way organisations thrive.
Ikonix Business Solutions is based in Berry, NSW, and operates remote-first for flexibility and faster turnaround. On-site visits are available by arrangement, depending on location.

Sharon Banfield is an HR Consultant, Master Practitioner of Applied Psychology, and Strategic Coach with over a decade of experience as a business owner.
Her work is about helping people move from uncertainty to clarity. That thread runs through every part of her career, from HR and digital transformation to applied psychology and coaching. She’s seen how transformative it is when leaders feel supported, capable, and equipped to grow.
Ikonix Business Solutions was built to bring that kind of experience to organisations that want to thrive but need the right blend of strategy, psychology, and practical guidance. It’s work inspired by her commitment to continuous growth and the stories she’s witnessed across the years.She seamlessly integrates her expertise in human resources, business operations, management, applied psychology, and coaching to empower founders, leaders, and organisations across sectors.
